Isahaya Electronics, founded in 1973, was initially a factory of Mitsubishi Electric and later established its brand in 1991. Mainly focusing on the developments of distributed components and their integrations into ICs for selling in various electronic products, it also provides power supplies required for IGBT modules. The primary R&D center is in Nagasaki City, Japan, with factories in Shenzhen, China, and the Philippines. Recently, it has shifted its R&D focus to automotive electronics to meet market demand.
