NMT (Nanometer Modeling Technology) — the nano-bonding technology of metal and resin

Characteristics

A bonding technology that combines plastic to meta lwithout using adhesives, screws, welding, etc.

Insulation

Resin functioning as the insulating interface at the joints of metal and other materials can prevent rusting because of the potential difference. Also, the technology allows a wider variety of designs for the insulating parts.

Strength design of components

Metals with different physical properties can be injected and molded together to maximize the application of the characteristics of the metal. For parts that require extra strength, use harder metals; for other parts focusing more on weight reduction, use lighter metals; fulfilling both demands of strength and lightness.

Airtightness

The metal is processed to create nano-scale (20~100nm) pores that the resin can completely penetrate and form tight adhesion. The seamless bonding provides airtightness that neither liquid nor oxygen can pass through. Furthermore, the metal terminal and the housing, with resin as the medium, can reach up to 50~100 times more airtight.
